Initial situation

Numerous tensions due to organic growth are blocking the harmonious development of a major social institution in French-speaking Switzerland.

How it happened

Strategic reflection with the Foundation Board and the Extended Management. Focus on historical energy, current and future challenges, the organisation’s strengths and weaknesses to define the vision, development objectives and strategic projects. The objective was to work to develop a shared vision at the level of the Board, the Extended Directorate. For certain key points (image of the institution, projects), the process has also integrated local managers and employees.
