Bringing an external perspective to a foundation’s governance assessment process

Initial situation

The overall governance of the Foundation (> 1,500 employees) is analysed by a working group made up of the director and two people who are very close to the Foundation and who have extensive experience in strategic management and consulting. The working group wished to be accompanied by an external person during its meetings to summarise and identify the next steps.

How it happened

I took part in 4 working sessions related to different key moments of the project by offering a neutral, critical and constructive external view.
