After my studies in occupational psychology, I was hired in a consulting firm where I developed skills in the field of training and assessment. After a few years, I specialized in team coaching; I have been working as a coach and trainer since 2002. My activity is characterized by a participative and pragmatic approach, whether it is to develop a company strategy, to manage change or to develop a culture of innovation.
My work is based on two pillars: coaching private companies and public institutions on the one hand, and management training (HES-SO, Confederation, companies) on the other hand.
I like to use the collective intelligence of a group to develop solutions that make work enjoyable and meaningful.
